About:China Work Visa

End contract: what now?

My Z VISA is valid until november. If I end my contract in August, for example, and have still not found a new employer, how long can I stay in China before I have to exit?

GDs, you may change your Z type to tourist L type at local PSB for another 30 days. If you don't ask for extension, you need to leave China before the expiration date.

I apologize, I may have not been clear in my writing. I mean: after the end of my contract, can I stay in China until the Z Visa expires even without a job?
