You can take bus No. 942 from North Shunyi Station to Shaoyao Station, then transfer to metro Line 13 to Dongzhimen Station, and transfer to metro Line 2 to Qianmen Station (Exit A), finally walk west of 300m to your destination. It takes around 1.5 hours with CNY9.
