Actually, the applications for Zhuhai VOA at HZMB are done at the end of the bridge and not before one take a bus. The procedure is to exit Hong Kong and to arrive by bus at border crossing location where the bridge is split for Macau and Zhuhai direction. There one can find Macau and Zhuhai ports of entry and exactly at Zhuhai port there is a facility with Zhuhai VOA.

This is rather simple, but since you are Thai citizens, I have to warn you that you might be denied Zhuhai VOA. There are reports indicating that some Thai citizens have been rejected some couple of weeks ago. I can really cannot say whether it was or it is an official policy of the Chinese immigration or not, but that really happened. So, just proceed with that possibility in mind and I would really appreciate your feedback upon your return from Zhuhai. just to be certain about the actual practice of Chinese immigration authorities in relation to Thai citizens. Thanks and good luck.
