Yes, you definitely qualify for 144 hours visa free transit in Shanghai area. Simply speaking, everything that matters regarding your visa free transit in China is the route Seoul (South Korea) - Shanghai (China) - UAE. It is essential that your cruise has its last port call before Shanghai in Seoul. Also, your flight from Shanghai to UAE should not have any additional landing within mainland China.
