About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Peru

Hi,
We are from the Netherlands and Peru and are in transit in Ganghzou 1 day from 8am to 9pm. Does Peru nationality not offer the free visa to explore the city during the day?

No free visa but if you are in transit to third country under 24 you can travel without a visa. Peru can get the 24 hour but not the 72/144
