About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

can I put my bag in the Beijing Capital Airport locker and visit during layover?

I have a whole day layover in the PEK I was thinking of having a tour of the city but only with a back pack. Can I leave my other carry on bag in one of the lockers in the airport until I come back and board for the other plane.
I am not sure if the lockers are available once you have passes the customs.
