Hong Kong to Shanghai to UK

Hi, this is all very useful, thank you! Just to check - I am from the UK and planning to visit Hong Kong and Shanghai. Can I free transit...UK to Hong Kong to Shanghai (3 days) then on to the UK?

Your itinerary UK - Hong Kong - Shanghai - UK, if those are all your stops, is definitely qualified for 144 hours visa free transit in Shanghai.
