How long take a suzhou metro subway from tayuan road station to north railway station

1. How long take a metro from tayuan road station to north railway Station

2. if I buy a bullet train ticket via Travel China Guide and I choose collect ticket, where should I go to collect my Ticket ? and whether there are special counters or become one with ordinary counters?

1. You can take Metro Line 1 from Tayuan Road to South Guangji Road and then transfer to Metro Line 2 to the north station. It takes about 50 mins.

2. Generally, most railway stations have special counters in Chinese characters 取票窗口 or 取票专口. If the station does not have a special counter, go to any of the regular counters to pick up your ticket.
