Nauman, as I know, you can't invite your cousin for visiting China. He is requested to join a tourist group.

From a source i got this information

"If you are travelling independently (without an official tour group) to China, you may need to get an invitation letter when applying for a Chinese Tourist Visa or "L" type visa. The letter is a document inviting the person applying for the visa to visit China. There is specific information required for the invitation letter."

Please give your remarks

Dear, the information on the official website of Chinese Embassy in Pakistan is "For tourism in China, Pakistani nationals are requested to join a tourist group (more than 5 people), which should be arranged through a qualified local travel agency ".
