About:Top 10 Mistakes to Avoid in Completing a Chinese Visa Application Form

Parents DOB

I've made the same mistake re parents DOB as I also mistook that for the current employment start date. Do I need to redo the whole form or I can just mention this to the officer at the appointment? Much appreciated
