Hiking from Xima Pool to Jade Belt Rd

Hey, is it possible to go up to Xima Pool by cable car and hike down to the Jade Belt Rd.?
And if so, how long would it take?

It takes around 40 mins by cable car to Xima Pool and about 1 hour to hike down to the Jade Belt Rd.
