About:

i am staying in Hong Kong Marriot sky city hotel. im planning to take the fast train to the city

where should i stop either Kowloon or HK island?

The hotel is very close to the airport and you don't need to take metro. There are free shuttle buses to the hotel and it stops at Parking Lot 1,T1.
