About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Kunming

I have a Layover of 22 hrs in Kunming.

I am reaching from US vai PVG airport and heading towards India. Am I entitled for Free transit Visa ?

A Khumushi, could you please make your question clearer. In the title you have mentioned your layover of 22 hours in Kunming and in the text you are mentioning PVG (Shanghai) airport. In case that you have your layover of such a length in just one of the mentioned airports, you are definitely eligible for 24 hours visa free transit. Anyway, if your itinerary is US - Shanghai - Kunming - India, then you will need a visa (transit visa obtained in advance) because with landing in Shanghai, you would definitely exceed allowed 24 hours of total transit time.
