Lithuania - Shanghai - UK. Do i need a VISA?

I am looking to fly from Lithuania to Shanghai, stay for less than 72 hours and then fly to United Kingdom. Do I qualify for the 72-Hour Visa-Free Transit or do I need to apply for a VISA?

It has been expanded to the 144-hour visa free transit now. And of course you are eligible for this. No visa is needed.
