Do I need a visa for 8 hours visiting Shenzhen!

I hold Kenyan passport and Hong Kong permanent ID
Do I need a visa to visit Shenzhen for just shopping ( 8 hours)?

Of course you do. However HK PRs can get multiple-entry visas valid for up to 3 years.
