What is a "double" application?

Is the cost (£151) for a visa from UK for each person or does the "double" mean husband and wife can both be included on the visa? IE £151 for one visa that allows husband and wife to travel on the same visa?

Dear, "double" means that you can enter China twice on double entries type.
