X2 visa, how early can I enter?

I’m going to study in China this fall and my term starts september 9th, is it okey for me to arrive in China already on september 5th? (Better flight this day and I have time to see the city a bit). How early can one enter? How long can one stay after the term has ended?

Dear, if you have obtained X2 type before September 5, it would be fine to arrive in China that day. Plus, there is no certain time for your stay after completing your term and you can stay in China as long as your X2 is in validity period.
