Transfer to Shanghai and Finger print collection

Hi, Thank for the guide. I take the flight from Hanoi to Shanghai, transfer in Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, could u help me with these question
1. Terminal 2
Departure Hall: 3F
Arrival Hall: 1F

Domestic Airlines: China Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines and China United Airlines, Xiamen Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Chongqing Airlines, Hebei Airlines
Check-in Islands: C, D, E, F, G, J

I will land off at T2, then need to take the next fly to Shanghai ( same flight brand CSA), mean after finish the custom clearance at arrival hall 1F , i need to follow the transfer line to domestic departure area in 3F right??
2. Finger print collection, i will do it right away after go out from plane then do the custom right?

I hope u can help me with this question,as this time my parents travel by themselves to Shanghai to see me, i worry they will get lost as they dont speak Chinese or English.
