About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Apply for visa for Hong Kong

Hi I'm an Iranian living and working in Phnom Pehn. I went to embassy of China in Cambodia today (13th of June) to apply for Visa for Hong kong. The agencies here said it takes only 4 days to get the visa. But at the embassy they told me it takes around 6 to 8 weeks and since I've bookings for end of June they suggested not applying. I want to know if I could apply online for HK visa? The employee at the embassy said you can and it is quicker but I couldn't find a link online unfortunately. The online application seemed to be just for Indians. Can you send me a link if I can apply online? and let me know if Hongkong accepts online applications?

Dear, as I know, you can't apply online. You can submit the application at Chinese Embassy in Cambodia or mail the application to Hong Kong Immigration. So you are requested to contact with the embassy again for confirm. If online application is indeed available, you can ask them for link or something.
