About:

How can I go to Kempinski Beijing Lufthansa Center from the airport?

Is it walkable for healthy elderly with luggage? :)

You can take airport express from T3 to Sanyuanqiao Station, then transfer to metro Line 10 to Liangmaqiao Station (Exit C), and walk south of 600m to your hotel. It's not a short distance and takes around 1 hour.
