Residence Permit cancelled first before my Work Permit
Hi,
I have resigned respectfully in my previous company here in Shanghai to transfer in a different company. 2 weeks ago they process the Cancellation of my Residence Permit and change it over to Humanitarian Visa. now they screw up on me and just cancelled my Work Permit just now. So that means i only have 2 weeks to wait for the certificate of that WP Cancellation and change it over to process my New Work Permit, and need to wait 15days more for that New Work Permit before i can apply for a New Residence Permit. Meaning My Humanitarian Visa will expire before i can even have the Certificate of the Cancellation of work permit. Can i request to Exit&Entry Bureau to extend my Humanitarian Visa while me and my new company are still on the process? if Yes, should i go there 7days before my Humanitarian Expire. Please help.
