About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Passport expiry in November together with permit.

Hello, my passport will be expiring as of November where my Residence Permit will also dated expire. However since I will still be studying at this academic institution, I will need to renew my residence permit. Do I need to redo the whole application process or can I somehow request an extension?

Milt, you can extend your residence permit when your passport is in valid period at local PSB. Have a try!
