About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

VISA FREE POSSIBILITIES

Good night!
I am Brazilian and my flight is EWR> PVG (New Jersey> Shanghai) where I arrived at 2:05 pm on February 18.

Overnight hotel in Shanghai.

On February 19 PVG-ICN (Korea) and February 24 return ICN-PVG arriving in Shanghai at 11AM.
On the same day, February 24 at 4:30 PM I'm leaving the PVG> EWR
Is it okay to be in Shanghai without a visa one night?

With the above itinerary and with a Brazilian citizenship, you are definitely qualified for 24 hours visa free transit in Shanghai twice. Maybe even 144 hours visa free transit in case that your stay in Shanghai is longer than 24 hours (you didn't write when do you depart from Shanghai to Seoul). You should know that as a Brazilian citizen and with the above itinerary, you would be perfectly eligible even for 144 hours visa free transit in Shanghai. Like this, your itinerary will allow you just a hurried run through the most populous Chinese city and that's a pity.
