About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Can you check your luggage for the Airport Express in Kowloon during all the operating hours?

IE. if I take the midnight train, is there an attendant at the counter to check my bags?

You can check-in and collect your boarding pass between 90 minutes and one full day ahead of your scheduled flight departure time. So there is no problem to check-in in operating hours.
