About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Two visa free transits in succession

I am planning a trip from the UK. I plan to do the following:

UK to Xi'an to Seoul to Hiroshima

Then

Tokyo to Bejing to UK

Can I get two 72 visa free transits in Xi'an AND Bejing?

yes you can do 72 hour in Xian as long as its the only mainland stop on the way to Seoul and Japan.
On the way back as long as Beijing is the only stop then you can do 144 hour transit (Beijing moved from 72 to 144 a few years ago)
