About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Enter twice on transit visa in quick succession

Hi. I am flying back from Beijing to London but also want to visit friends in Shanghai. Would I be allowed to do the following?

Singapore - Shanghai (stay 96 hours)
Shanghai - HK (stay 72 hours)
HK - Beijing (stay 72 hours)

Are there any rules that state you cannot re-enter on a transit visa in quick succession?

thanks
Lloyd

Do you wanna use the visa free transit or the transit visa G?
Your schedule is eligible for the visa free transit at both stops, no need to apply for a transit G type.
