Why would China cancel the export of a watch?

I purchased a watch about 2 weeks ago and the company shipped it via EMS Express. I itracked it daily as I was and am very excited to receive this watch. I checked on Monday and I see that the watch was returned to sender. I don't understand why but the company is switching to DHL Express and I hope to have it this week! I guess I am wondering why since my name and address are 100% accurate on the invoice.

Oh, generally speaking, there is no problem. You need to contact the sender as soon as possible.
