About:China Customs Declaration

Can i bring 200 cigarettes and 40 cigars?

Total should be 400 cigarettes and/or (depends on homepage that i look...) 100 cigars.
So 200 / 40 is ok?

As I know, you can only take cigarettes less than 400 sticks in total. And you need to declare them at the custom.
