hi -
i have a dual Russian / American citizenship. Currently in Russia. I will need to travel to China to work and will need a Z-visa in my AMERICAN passport. Is it possible to apply in Moscow or Yekaterinburg? Thank you.

Eugene, it is possible but difficult to apply in Moscow or Yekaterinburg. Plus, the embassy may ask you to apply in US.
