Hong Kong visa infro

I am a PhD student in Cape Town and would like to apply for Hong Kong visa to attend a workshop, what are the steps to go about it here in cape town?

You can prepare the required documents and submit the application at Chinese Embassy in Nigeria.

I am not in Nigeria, I am doing PhD at University of Cape Town. How do I submit in Cape Town?

As I know, you can submit the application at CVASC in Cape Town. You can contact with them for confirmation.
