How much is the express service for a UK or Australian person, applying in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi
We are travelling to Vietnam in August, and we wish to get our visas in Vietnam as it's a lot cheaper than getting it in England! We have dual nationality so can use either our UK or Australian Passports. We would like to use the Chinese consulate in Da Nang, but we believe they are not processing visas yet.
Is it better to get it in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh, and how much is the express (2-day) service?
