About:China Visa on Arrival

What type of visa is it?

I got a VOA previously and now am applying for a business visa (M) but in the application for it asks me what visa type I've had before and I can't work out which one the VOA would apply to (eg. L, M, a1, a2, diplomatic,J etc.)

Do you know which it would come under?

Thanks
