144 hour visa infro

Hello I am a Canadian and will be visiting hongkong for 3 weeks. During the three weeks, Can I fly from Hongkong to Guangzhou, and then from Guangzhou to Macau by train or bus then back to hongkong?
I don't have a Chinese visa. My questions are 1) Will my suitation be okay to get 144 visa? if I showed a ticket from Guanzhou to Macau? 2) how much is this 144 hour visa?
3) what is the best way to get from Guangzhou to Macau and Macau to Hongkong?

Thank you for the reply.

It doesn't exist a 144h visa.
It's a 144h transit without visa and it's free without charge.

You can take a ferry from Shekou Shenzhen port to Macau first and then another ferry from Macau to Hong Kong.
You have to book tickets for the ferry on TurboJet website in advance to show them at the check-in before your flight to Hong Kong.

Thanks Thomas. So in order to get this 144 hour visa free transit, I have to fly from Hongkong to one of the cities in China and then go to a third place like Macau or Japan. Can I come on a bus from hongkong to China and show them the ticket to go to Macau? thank you

Hi, you can't come on a bus from Hong Kong to one of the cities in mainland China.
