About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Do I qualify for an S2 visa

I would like to pay my girlfriend, who is a South African teaching in China, an extended 6month visit. Would I be eligible for a S2 Visa? Also what documentation would I need from her to motivate my visa applicatiob

Hi, you can't apply for S2 type as you are not currently kinship. You can only apply for L type.
