What is the easiest way to get to Changbai Mountain from Beijing?

What is the quickest way to get here from Beijing?
Do I need to book accommodation in advance?
I plan on going in two weeks.

You can take a flight from Beijing to Yanji and then take bus from Yanji to Changbai Mountain. Yes, you can book accommodation in advance.
