About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Coming from India for Canada.layover 8 hrs in guangzhou.

Indian passport eligible for transit visa guangzhou ? Free stay five star for 8 hrs ~~?

Jas, you can enjoy the visa-free transit if your total layover in mainland China is shorter than 24 hours. I heard someone say if your layover is less than 8 hours, you may not be allowed to leave the airport. However, since you will stay in a hotel, I think you have a chance to be allowed to leave.
