About:Top 10 Mistakes to Avoid in Completing a Chinese Visa Application Form

Change of accommodation

I have recently completed my application form for a tourist visa and at that point in time we were staying at my step mothers apartment- circumstances have now changed and we are having to stay at a hotel. Are they able to adjust this when we arrive at the application centre? And will I still need an invitation letter from her?

Holly, you need to confirm whether your application has ben trasferred to the embassy. If yes, you cannot change it. If not, you may make some changes. IF you apply for a tourist visa and you can provide flight details and hotel bookings, you don't need the invitation letter from your stepmother.
