Does it rain in Taiwan by July?? And what you can do in Taiwan by that month?

According to the previous statistic, July maybe the typhoon season so it is not very safe to engage in many outdoor sightseeing. November to the next April is the best timing to tour there with regards to temperature and humidity. It is suggested to change your visit time.0
