My Chinese passport will expire in January, 2020. Can I renew now?
My Chinese passport was issued on January 10, 2010 by the Consulate General in Houston. Is it too early to submit the application for the renew? Should I make an appointment and submit the application in person? What is the process fee and should I pay by money order?
