Visa with Service Passport

Hi, I am NTWARI Honore and I work in governmental institution. I have to attend a workshop in China but I will use a Service Passport. So, I want to know if it is necessary to get a Visa for one who has a Service Passport. If so, Can I know how long it takes?

Hi, it is necessary for you to get a visa and it generally takes 4 working days.

Dear Jolin, I need some clarification here, At Chinese Embassy here in Rwanda they told me that for the one who has a Service Passport and Official Travel Clearance he doesn't need a VISA to enter China. So, I am confused.
Could do you please help me to highlight that?

Hi, you don't need visa to enter China with service passport and official travel clearance.
