Hi i m an engineer and applying from Karachi if i need a government invitation letter then pls guide

me to whom it should be addressed
1) Embassy at Islamabad or 2) Consulate General of China at Karachi

Wajid, which type are you going to apply as the need of invitation letter depends on the type. Plus, you should submit the application at CVASC in Karachi.
