To live permanently in China is difficult since the requirements for permanent residence permit is strict: read https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/permanent-residence-permit.htm as a reference. But if you will work in China, you can apply for a work visa to China, and live on a temporary residence permit in China. This permit is based on the working contract with your employer. And your family members can apply for dependent visa accompanying your work visa in China.
