About:China Visa

Regarding Chinese visa

My resident permit in China was upto 2019-08-31, but my study period finished in November 2018, i applied for cancellation of my resident permit on 2018-11-23 , immigration office issue me "Humanetarian" visa and i back to my country. Now i again want to apply for chinese visa in my country, Is there will be Any problem?
