About:8 Tips for Filling Out Chinese Visa Application Form

What is meant by a "notarized" copy of a college diploma?

My son is applying for a work visa in China. A "notarized" college diploma is required. Does that mean a copy of a notarized diploma, or a notarized copy? I am not sure who would notarize a copy, other than the college registrar.

A "notarized" college diploma means a copy of notarized diploma. Plus, notary public in your country would notarize it.
