About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

About Spouse Visa

Hello! my Name is Wagner and I'm married for already 2 years with my chinese wife.
We are now completing 1 year of marriage inside China mainland.
It is true that after 5 years I can apply for permanent resident if we have a flat and stable income?
If yes can you please clarify this for me..
1-What is considered a stable income? my wife does about 7.000 a month
2-having a place to live needs to be our own apartment or can we live on rent?
3-If 7.000 is a stable income and we have our own apartment is there anything else I'm going to need to try to apply to the residency after the 5 years here? I mean do i need to be almost fluent in chinese? do I need a university degree or something else?
I'm living in Kunshan by the way so i think the laws we have to follow here are from Suzhou!
THX ALOT! Everyday this takes my sleep away from me..i have so many questions but people never know for SURE!

My wechat is WagnerStrauch if someone wants to talk to me or provide me some answers..thx again for the support!

Hi, if you are healthy, have no criminal record, have a stable come and your own apartment, you can generally apply for permanent residence permit after 5 years of marriage. Plus, you can contact with local Public Security Bureau Exit and Entry Administration for more details.
