how much time you have to be at station before train departs?

Question

I want to take the train from Chengdu to Leshan. But the same day back. How much time I have to be at the station before train departs? How much time it takes to check-in? Since im going to Leshan and back at the same time, I wanna know how much time before departure I have to check-in due to my choose between train or taxi.

If you plan to collect the tickets first, you need to be at station at leaset 1 hour in advance, or maybe 1.5 hours would be even better. If you have paper ticket already, 30min in fine. Leshan station is not a big station.
