Myanmar citizen in Shanghai wants to make Hong Kong visa

Hello, I have been searching for hongkong embassy in shanghai where i can apply for visa to visit there, could anyone tell me the place? and i don't know where to check if i can have onsite visa or not?? thanks

Hi, you can apply at entry and exit administration bureau, and there are many in Shanghai.
