About:Xizhou Town

Embassy not available in my state

I do not have a embassy based on my state. I live in Tucson, AZ, USA. There is no embassy in my state. What do I do?

Yes, I know I have to apply before going to China, but I do not live in California. I live in Arizona. Can I apply through the mail or do I have to physically go to the embassy in California to apply?
