About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I fly USA -Hong Kong-Kunming to Phuket

I would like to stay 144 hrs in Kunming then fly to Phuket Thailand then fly Phuket-hong kong to usa

USA -Hong Kong-Kunming to Phuket is allowed. Make sure HK > Kunming > Phuket makes no other stops in mainland china and that Kunming to Phuket does not require you to return through the Hong Kong Airport.
