About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Beijing 8hrs transit visa enquiry

I have a valid Pakistan passport and a valid US Green card.

I will not go out of airport and this is just connecting flight via Beijing.

Please tell me do i need any kind of visa for this connecting flight and can i simply purchase air china ticket for my travel.

Hamza, you didn't mention what your itinerary is. OK, I will assume that you will arrive to Beijing from a country A, stay in Beijing (China - country B) for the mentioned 8 hours of transit and after that you will depart for a country C. Please, have in mind that the country A has to be different from country C. If your itinerary is as I have written here and your layover in Beijing is the only layover in mainland China, you are perfectly covered by 24 hours visa free transit and you don't need any kind of visa. To conclude, you can purchase your Air China tickets and enjoy your journey visa free.
